“There will be a lot of truffle!” –The five-course sumptuous food and wine pairing begins at 7:30 p.m. but join us for Bubbles and truffle hors d’oeuvres in the Champagne Bar at 6:30 p.m. Then indulge in dishes from charred octopus to ravioli del Plin to braised 44 Farms short ribs.
